Loose Weight – Live Healthy – Beat Diabetes – Create general well being

I know you must be occupied with your busy lives and may not have noticed the beginning of a health crisis in UK. The crisis is Obesity, which in itself is difficult to manage but now it is triggering diabetes in people as young as 17years old! More people than ever are at risk of Type 2 diabetes now. If nothing changes, the health authorities say, more than five million people will have diabetes in the UK by 2025.
However, the good news is that both obesity and diabetes is reversible.

“Obesity is the new smoking” said Simon Stevens CEO of the NHS.

Although I am not obese or over weight, I have also fallen victim and have been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I want to do something about it.

BUT I CANT DO IT ALONE, I NEED YOUR HELP> Please read the plan below and help me spread the word and awareness by sharing this with your friends, family and colleagues and make this enterprise a reality.

In my search for a better health plan I learnt about a thousands of years old system of Ayurveda.
Ayurvedic medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the world’s oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.

Following from here I found ‘Ayurvedic Organic Green Teas’ produced in India, located in the Lesser Himalayas at an elevation of 6,700 ft (2,042.2 m), which are then mixed with other organic herbs and spices to create special blends specially to combat obesity plus offer health benefits related to diabetes and the perfect beverage for vegans. People have been drinking tea for centuries, and today it’s the second most popular drink in the world (after water). Some of that popularity may stem from the many widely recognised benefits of green tea, including its reported power to prevent cancer and to sharpen mental health.

Drinking Ayurvedic tea for diabetes is such a good idea because tea contains substances called polyphenols, which are antioxidants found in every plant. Polyphenols help reduce oxidative stress and cause widening of the arteries, which decreases blood pressure, prevents clotting, and reduces cholesterol, All of these activities reduce the risk for heart disease, which is elevated in people with diabetes. Polyphenols in green tea can also help regulate glucose in the body, helping to prevent or control diabetes.

The Funds will be used for importing these special blends of organic teas and making them available on line along with a programme of healthy diet with recipes and exercise regime to help people with weight problem, diabetes and encourage general wellbeing.

All contributors will be gratefully acknowledged and as a thank you will be sent sample box of the tea blends.
