("Houlihan") has announced the appointment of Joe Lunkes as a Senior Managing Director and Reginald McGaugh as a Managing Director in the Chicago office. Joe Lunkes joins the firm from RSM EquiCo, where he held a Vice President position. He will be tasked with responsibility of the firm's capital markets group. Previously Mr. Lunkes was a Senior Vice President at EVEREN Securities, Inc. (formerly Kemper Securities, Inc.) where he co-founded and managed the firm's Mergers & Acquisition Group. He has held Managing Director and Vice President positions in the investment banking departments of Geneva Capital Markets and Dresner Investment Services. Mr. Lunkes began his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse & Co. He has more than 20 years experience managing numerous buy- and sell-side M&A mandates, public and private debt placements, and equity capital offerings. Reginald McGaugh comes to Houlihan from Seiregrus Capital Group, LLC ("Seiregrus"), where he specialized in the development and project management of specialty hospitals. Prior to Seiregrus he was the Director of Business Development for Ingalls Memorial Hospital. Mr. McGaugh was also a Senior Financial Analyst for MidAmerican Energy Holdings. Mr. McGaugh has vast experience in healthcare, as well as in the energy, telecommunications, and transportation sectors.
